Pressing Introduction

UV DFT CUP WRAP INTRODUCTION

  1. Make sure glass is clean from any hand oils.(Do Not use alcohol to clean, our wraps are not alcohol friendly)
  2. Peel design film transfer off.
  3. Line the design film on the glass cup and lay design film down.(The adhesive is extremely strong. Once the film touches the glass its impossible to take off)
  4. Squeegee the film down, working from the center outwards, pushing out any bubbles.
  5. Rub, Rub, Rub.  The more rubbing the better.
  6. Peel clear film off and done!

 

MATTE THIN CLEAR FILM SCREENPRINTS

Pre-Press Garment for 5 seconds to get out any moisture.
Temp: 325°F
Pressure: Heavy  (if the print doesn't stick, this is likely the biggest reason why.  Make sure your press is on heavy pressure!)
Time: 10-20 Seconds
Peel: Hot
Do not cover with any Teflon etc.  If the print needs an additional press, please use parchment paper over it. 

FULL-COLOR CLEAR FILM SCREENPRINTS

Pre-Press Garment for 5 seconds to get out any moisture.
Temp: 325-350°F
Pressure: Heavy
Time: 10 Seconds
Peel: HotONE COLOR SCREENPRINTS

ONE COLOR SCREENPRINTS

Pre-Press Garment for 5 seconds to get out any moisture.

Temp: 325-350°F
Pressure: Heavy
Time: 7 Seconds
Peel: Hot

PUFF PRINT ONE COLOR

Pre-Press Garment for 5 seconds to get out any moisture.
Temp: 350°F
Pressure: Heavy 
Time: 7 Seconds
Peel: Hot
Do not cover with any Teflon etc.  If the print needs an additional press, please use parchment paper over it.
